The project includes the renovation of current apartments to bring them up to modern living standards.

Thanks to the good condition of the building, it's possible to preserve and restore all the original elements that give this house its special charm: marble finishes and stucco in the common areas, cornices in the main rooms of the apartments, and characteristic wide wooden windows.

The building at 355 Provença Street has six floors with different apartment layouts, including options ranging from one to four bedrooms, ranging in size from 53 to 137 square meters.

• The renovation includes carefully considered materials and finishes, with a focus on using renewable energy sources such as solar energy, as well as installing air conditioning and heating systems through ducts.
• Floors will be made of durable and warm AC4 type parquet, while ceramic floorings will be used in wet areas.
• Custom kitchens will feature white lacquered doors and built-in handles, as well as modern SMEG appliances.
• Window frames will be either carefully restored or replaced, depending on the requirements of each room, with glass replacement for new double glazing.
• Bathrooms will feature furniture with soft-closing mechanisms, RAMON SOLER faucets, FIORA shower trays, and tempered glass shower enclosures.
