Can Puig Sec is a large farmhouse on two floors: the ground floor is at garden level, with various terraces and a swimming pool. Inside you will find a stunning open plan space combining the kitchen and dining area. It is very spacious, fully equipped with high-end appliances and led by a large dining table, ideal for enjoying fine local cuisine in the company of family and friends. This fabulous grounds also have a fantastic covered BBQ area. From the kitchen there is access to a magnificent terrace where you can enjoy al fresco dining. On this same level there is a reading room, which also has direct access to the external terrace and a guest toilet. The right wing of the house consists of a living room with TV and a large, bright living room with large windows and direct access to the terrace and garden at the main entrance to the house. From the living room you can access the double bedroom, which connects to a multi-functional games room with a pool table and an additional double bed. In front of these rooms there is a bathroom with shower and bathtub with a beautiful bathtub. Both rooms have direct access to the garden. On the top floor there are 4 rooms: the main room is a beautiful suite which includes a living room with TV and fireplace, a large bathroom with shower and access to a fantastic terrace and swimming pool. On the same floor there is a room with two beds, which has a separate bathroom with shower, a room with a double bed and a separate bathroom with shower, and another room with a double bed.

Outside, the farmhouse is surrounded by large, beautiful gardens which include a lovely swimming pool with a stone terrace and a large lawn area where you can cool off and sunbathe. Very close to the pool there is a fantastic relaxation area with a summer kitchen and barbecue, perfectly equipped and furnished, where you can enjoy delicious summer meals or relax with a drink on the sofa.

From this entire area you can enjoy a magnificent view of the farmhouse itself, the extensive garden and the wonderful landscape that "Empordanet" offers. In addition to the main farmhouse, next to it we find a small detached house located on two levels: on the lower floor there is a living room with fireplace and an open kitchen. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and a bathroom with shower. The house has air conditioning, laundry space and parking. The price includes a service person for 4 hours a day, from Monday to Saturday.
