Magnificent villa in the Bellamar urbanization in Castelldefels

This magnificent villa is located on the coast of Barcelona, in the Bellamar urbanization, Castelldefels. To finish the facade of the villa, the element that needs to be highlighted was used stone quarried in Sant Antoni de Portmani (Ibiza). The facade, the walls inside of the house and the 9-meter-high windows emphasize the modern Mediterranean style of the mansion. This is a 4-storey villa, two floors of which are semi-basement. The house was built with maximum energy efficiency in mind, which allows for significant energy savings. Materials such as micro cement, high-protection aluminum joinery and Climalit windows were used for cladding. 

House: On the ground floor there is a large glass hall that leads to other rooms of the house. Climbing the stairs, we get to the night rest area, where all the bedrooms have stunning sea views. On this floor there is a master bedroom with a private terrace, a dressing room and a designer bathroom. Two bedrooms with bathrooms, dressing room, sea view and access to the terrace. On the upper floor there is a large solarium terrace with panoramic views to enjoy the sunsets.

On the ground floor there is a large dining room and a fully equipped Bulthaup island kitchen with a wine cellar. On the same floor there is another guest bedroom with a dressing room and a bathroom. At the pool level there is a large living-dining room with double living space. There is a relaxation area, tables, a fireplace, a piano, a multifunctional study, a suite with a dressing room and a bathroom with direct access to the pool, as well as a full bathroom with a sauna and a relaxation area. This area opens directly into a huge garden with several relaxation areas, an infinity pool and an outdoor bathroom. 

On the basement floor -2 there is a large open-plan hall, a technical room and a laundry room. Garage, a small room that can be used as a security room.
