Straightforward fees

Our standard rate is 3%, but for straightforward cases we can work for 1.5%, including full legal due diligence. All terms are agreed in writing before we begin.

Already found a property?

If you've found something yourself, we provide full legal support for 1.5% — from viewings and negotiations to due diligence and notary signing.

Support after the sale

Once you've bought, we can take on full property management — including our premium concierge service.

Initial Consultation

We discuss your goals, budget, preferred areas, tax implications, and the transaction process. Together we define your brief and selection criteria.

Property Search

A tailored shortlist drawn from public listings, professional databases, off-market sources, and new developments via Mobilia — with location and pricing analytics included.

Viewings

In person or remotely — with video walkthroughs, expert commentary, and a detailed checklist covering technical and structural observations.

Selection & Negotiation

We develop a negotiation strategy and work directly with the seller or developer to secure the best price and terms.

Pre-Completion Preparation

Full legal and technical due diligence, notary documentation pack, contract review, and tax calculations.

Completion

We attend the notary signing, oversee payment and tax settlement, and manage title registration. You receive the keys and a clean title deed.
