International fee structure

Fees range from 1% to 3.5% depending on the region, asset type, and transaction complexity. All terms are agreed in a Mandate / Brokerage Agreement before we begin.

Already identified a property?

We take on full support on the same terms — from due diligence through to notary signing.

Asset management after purchase

On request, we manage the asset post-acquisition: leasing, operations, and yield monitoring.
