For Maksim Litvinov, real estate has never been merely a profession in the traditional sense. Rather, it has been the environment in which he was shaped and learned to think on a broader scale. Development, architecture, and the logic of value creation have accompanied him since childhood, forming a perspective where a property is not just an asset, but part of a life strategy.
From his father, he inherited a visionary mindset and the ability to build projects from the ground up; from his mother, a professional athlete, he gained discipline, inner focus, and respect for the process—not just the outcome. These qualities became the foundation of his professional path.
His move to Spain in the early 2000s marked a new chapter. He began his career in Empuriabrava —a waterfront city often referred to as the “Spanish Venice”— where he immersed himself in the structure of the local market and quickly understood its underlying mechanisms. Later, in Barcelona, a defining moment came with his meeting with Ruslan Gavrilov, founder of Runiga, one of the leading real estate companies of that period. The high professional standards and trust from his partner encouraged Maksim to think beyond the industry and move toward more complex, large-scale projects.
Over time, his activities expanded beyond traditional real estate. His portfolio includes projects in the automotive industry, participation in the development of international resorts, as well as work on innovative electric water transport and energy solutions. This diverse experience shaped his core principle: to view real estate not as a transaction, but as part of a long-term life decision.
Today, Maksim Litvinov leads the sales department at GG Real Estate Barcelona. For him, this role is not about status or title, but about continuity, trust, and a level of responsibility that cannot be defined by a contract. He works with clients on the level of meaning and consequences, helping them make decisions that remain valuable over time.
Litvinov is known for his ability to understand a client’s needs even before they are fully articulated. His approach is built on honesty, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of how a property fits into an individual’s lifestyle—both now and in the future.
“People don’t come to me for words. They come for decisions.”
Beyond his professional life, his interests are equally multifaceted: automobiles as a form of focus and control, sport as a source of inner balance, music and poetry as a way to connect with oneself, and psychology as a tool for understanding life’s patterns. These same values—freedom of choice, respect for one’s path, and responsibility for decisions—are what he considers essential to pass on to his children and grandchildren.
For Maksim Litvinov, truly premium real estate is not about square meters or location. It is a state of clarity in which a person fully understands why they are making their choice.
