Key responsibilities

  • Property search in Barcelona and surrounding areas
  • Negotiating with property owners and securing exclusive contracts
  • Managing transactions, organizing meetings and viewings
  • Participation in marketing and client events (open house days, private showings, etc.)
  • Supporting and collaborating with the sales team
  • Market analysis and preparation of proposals for new listings
  • Administration of the client database and work with CRM systems
  • Assisting in the preparation of marketing and presentation materials
  • Participation in training sessions and team meetings
  • Ensuring compliance with premium client service standards

Candidate profile

  • Experience in sales, customer service, project management, or related fields
  • Strong interest in building a long-term career in real estate
  • Proactivity, professionalism, and high motivation
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback
  • Knowledge of modern digital tools (CRM, marketing platforms, real estate portals)
  • Proficiency in multiple languages will be an advantage

What we offer

First 6 months:
You will be actively involved in property scouting, client communication, property viewings, as well as handling administrative and organizational tasks. This is an intensive learning stage with the opportunity to start earning commissions right from the beginning.

6–12 months:
Deepening your professional skills, participating in the official training program, and integrating into the company’s sales structure.

After 12 months:
You will become a full-fledged GG Real Estate agent with the ability to independently manage transactions and handle your own property portfolio.
