Two-storey house: The ground floor is at garden level and is a large, bright open-plan space with a cosy living room, a charming dining room and a modern, beautiful, fully equipped kitchen. From the living room, there is direct access to the lawned garden and a fantastic terrace with a dining area and summer seating area just above the pool. On the same floor there is a beautiful bedroom suite with double bed, separate dressing room, bathroom with bathtub and TV and access to a private pleasant terrace and garden. On the upper floor there is a spacious entrance hall, which on the left leads to three sunny and stylishly decorated rooms (two double and one with two single beds) with balconies. Here you will also find a large bathroom with bath. To the right on the same floor is the garage with direct access from inside, where a washing machine, tumble dryer and additional fridge are installed.
