Exclusive Villas with Stunning Views of Costa Brava in Begur
We present a unique project that includes the construction of exclusive villas with a modern design, located in a privileged spot with breathtaking views of the Medas Islands, the Mediterranean Sea, and the Baix Emporda coastline. The project is situated in a prime location on top of an old quarry, where the sounds and colors of nature reign.
The privileged location of Begur offers one of the most spectacular panoramic views of Costa Brava. Located in the heart of Emporda, the town of Begur and its beaches are among the most beautiful corners of the region. Its historic town center, the small village of Esclanya, and eight small beaches create an incomparable landscape.
Each villa has a unique design, seamlessly integrated into the environment with the best orientation towards the views. The villas are designed following the highest standards of sustainable development, featuring gardens with native vegetation and natural dry stone walls from the quarry. Reinforced earth slopes add chromatic variety to the landscape.
The villas feature top-quality finishes, noble materials, and modern technology. The architectural composition blends with the surroundings, with earthy tones and natural stone.
This private residential complex is just 15 minutes from Begur, with access control and indoor parking. Villas with four and five bedrooms. Spectacular sea views. High-quality custom finishes. Only two villas remain available: one priced at €2,720,000 (No. 10) and the second at €2,675,000 (No. 11).
