On the first floor there is a sleeping area with four bedrooms: one double bedroom suite with access to the terrace, two double bedrooms with shared shower room and access to the terrace and a master bedroom with access to the terrace and en-suite shower room.
On the first floor, a large bright living room with access to the spacious terrace and swimming pool; a large dining area with an American kitchen, fully equipped and integrated into the space, with access to another terrace ideal for dining, with a beautiful barbecue area and a guest WC.
