Conceived to fully enjoy nature, thanks to the large floor-to-ceiling windows that completely connect the house to the outside world, its environmental characteristics are felt from the first moment, thanks to the solar energy system that allows you to manage all the property and collect rainwater for recycling, all without harming the environment. 

Villa Cactus is located on a hill with a magnificent panoramic view of the mountains. The two-storey villa has a modern avant-garde interior, a spacious living-dining room with plenty of light and access to the garden and pool, thanks to the large windows that open completely. The apartment has a stylish open-plan kitchen, thoughtfully designed in such a way that it can be turned into a separate kitchen thanks to a large sliding door. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances and has a large pantry. From the kitchen we go out onto a large veranda with a fantastic barbecue.

On the same floor there are all the bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a bunk bed and a folding bed that can accommodate up to 4 people, a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), a bathroom with a shower and a double bedroom with a 180 cm bed and a bathroom with a shower. Each bedroom has built-in wardrobes and access to the garden.

On the second floor there is a master bedroom with a dressing room, a large bathroom with a shower, which, thanks to a large window, overlooks the street, a separate toilet and a double bedroom with a double bed and a king-size bed with access to a magnificent terrace, allowing us to enjoy the nature and tranquility of the Costa Brava.  On this terrace we find an outdoor shower.

The exterior and garden of the house give us great freedom due to the environment and the various recreation areas that surround the villa, the variety of cactus plantations, hence the name of the villa.
