House: Exterior - This is a single storey house with large windows from which you can enjoy fantastic views of the bay. The large 8x4 metre swimming pool surrounded by the garden is a little piece of paradise where you can relax, sunbathe and refresh yourself while enjoying the scenery and sea views. There is a large terrace occupying the entire length of the front of the villa, overlooking the pool, garden and sea. 

The interior of the villa is decorated in a modern style. The large living room is very bright and cosy. Through floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that offer us unrivalled scenery, with access to a large terrace directly above the pool and tastefully furnished, where you can dine al fresco or relax in the beautiful outdoor seating area. The dining room, with a large table for eight people, also has direct access to the garden and pool. The dining room leads into a modern, fully equipped island style kitchen. Laundry. Blauwerda has four stylish bedrooms. The master bedroom is a double bedroom suite which includes an en-suite shower room and has direct access to the terrace, garden and pool.
