In November 2024, GG Real Estate Barcelona took part in two major international real estate exhibitions at once: United Property & Invest Show, which was held in Almaty on November 1-2, and Property Show, which took place in Moscow on November 15-16.

United Property & Invest Show in Almaty

The exhibition in Almaty brought together leading players in the real estate market from all over the world, giving visitors the opportunity to get acquainted with current offers and investment opportunities. The GG Real Estate Barcelona team presented exclusive real estate properties in Barcelona and on the Costa Brava coast, including luxury villas, apartments and commercial premises.

We held many meetings with potential clients, telling in detail about the nuances of purchasing real estate in Spain, market features and investment prospects. Of particular interest to the guests of the exhibition were properties with a high level of energy efficiency and profitable investment projects.

Property Show in Moscow

Two weeks later, we continued to present our company at the Property Show in Moscow. This is one of the most prestigious real estate exhibitions, which traditionally attracts a huge number of visitors interested in buying real estate abroad.

At our stand, we offered a wide range of real estate in Barcelona and its surroundings. Particular attention was paid to properties for permanent residence, as well as investment projects with guaranteed profitability. Our team answered questions about purchase procedures, legal support and opportunities for obtaining a residence permit in Spain.

Participation in both exhibitions allowed GG Real Estate Barcelona to establish new contacts, expand its client base and build trust among the audience interested in Spanish real estate. We are pleased to have been able to share our experience and expertise with visitors, inspiring them to make new investment decisions.

We thank everyone who visited our stand and look forward to seeing you again at the next international events!

Stay tuned!
