On the same floor there is a bathroom and a laundry room with two washing machines and a dryer.
On the lowest floor there is a swimming pool, a bathroom, and a large fully equipped open kitchen in the shape of a central island, from where we have access to the outdoor pool and barbecue area.
Finally, the top floor of this gem has a gym with en-suite bathroom with shower and access to the terrace. From the gym, two suites can be accessed through a corridor with a window overlooking the indoor pool.
