The terraced garden has a beautiful sea water swimming pool surrounded by lawn, with incredible views of the sea and Tamariu beach. Next to the pool there is a small cooking area with a large electric grill, a stone table and a porch with sun loungers for relaxing and sunbathing. There is also a practical full bathroom here, which will allow you to shower when you return from the beach or leave the pool. In the same garden there are stairs leading to the beautiful beach of Els Liris and to the "camino de ronda". Walk out to the beach and the bucolic village of Tamariu from your garden! 

The house is distributed on 3 levels:
On the ground floor is the main entrance with a large hallway that preserves the majestic style of the house and where you will find an old, vintage table. On the same floor is the living room and dining room, decorated in vintage style, they have large fireplaces and high quality furniture, so you can enjoy the comfort and beauty of the house at any time of the year. The living room has a large flat screen TV. From the dining room there is direct access to the modern kitchen designed in the shape of an island, equipped with the best appliances from brands such as Smeg, Bosch or Nespresso. From the entrance hall, living room, dining room and kitchen you can access a large stone terrace with wooden beams, offering spectacular views of the sea and Tamariu beach. The terrace is beautifully furnished to enjoy fantastic al fresco meals, breathing in the sea breeze and admiring the idyllic scenery of this corner of incomparable beauty.  On the ground floor there is a double and single room with shared shower room and a single bedroom with en-suite shower room, WC and a fully equipped laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and access to the rear terrace where there is space to hang clothes. A single room on this floor could be ideal for servants accommodation if required. 

On the first floor there is a sleeping area with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, distributed as follows: the master bedroom is a beautiful suite including a bathroom with shower and access to a large terrace with incredible panoramic sea views that will take your breath away. There is a double room with access to the terrace and another double room with magnificent sea views, which share a bathroom with shower. A single room and a twin room, which also has a beautiful sea view, share a bathroom with a bathtub. All double rooms in the house are equipped with a flat-screen TV. The whole house is equipped with light sensors.

 There is an internal garage for one car. Outside there is space to park a further five cars.
