It is located in the prestigious area of Aigua Gelida, 14 minutes walk / 1 km from the centre and the beach of Tamariu, in a privileged position on an elevated plot of 925 m2 with beautiful views of the sea and the surrounding hills. A true oasis of peace, set in a pine forest, allowing you to relax and enjoy the nature and tranquility of the Costa Brava without immediate neighbours.

The contemporary design, combining tradition and modernity, is designed to fully embrace nature on each floor through large, fully opening windows.

The 3-storey house offers on the ground floor a living area of 230 m2 with a usable area of 80 m2 comprising a living room with fireplace and WC, dining room and American kitchen flooded with natural light and fully connected to the outside through sliding glass doors that open onto a large 150 m2 terrace with garden views, dining area, seating area and a uniquely shaped swimming pool. The 11 metre long pool is chlorine free and has a counter current swimming and hydro massage system. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, there is an electronic wine cellar, spacious pantries and an outdoor barbecue.

On the raised ground floor is a separate sleeping area with 3 bedrooms of 11-12m2 sleeping up to 6 people and two shower rooms. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.

The very bright 30 m2 master bedroom with exposed beams, balcony, dressing room and en-suite bathroom with bathtub is located on the first floor. The views from the suite and the bathroom are stunning and relaxing.

On the first floor is a 40m2 open-beamed flat, accessible from the main house but completely independent, with a bedroom, living room, American kitchen and shower room. It is adjoined by two terraces, one of 15 m2 with table and chairs and the other of 11 m2 facing south, overlooking the sea.

Outside the house, children can enjoy a ping pong table and an elasticated bed, while adults can relax in the outdoor seating area on the south-west side to enjoy the long summer evenings.
