La Marineda house is completely renovated and perfectly combines charm with modernity and comfort, built on 3 levels. A cosy entrance hall leading to a large bright living room with fireplace and dining room with spectacular sea views, and with access to the terrace with seating area and outdoor dining area, from where we can enjoy fantastic sea views and the authentic Costa Brava landscape. Next door is the fantastic sunny master bedroom, which also invites you to enjoy the beautiful views. It also has a lovely sitting area overlooking the terrace and a separate bathroom with shower. On the same level is a large separate kitchen, fully equipped, with access to the laundry room. Descending the first staircase, we find the second master suite, which has a beautiful sea view, with a large sitting area with access to the terrace and a bathroom with shower. Going down the second staircase, we find a spacious and cosy living room with TV and access to a fantastic terrace with access to the grounds, as well as a single room with sea view, decorated in Mediterranean style, a double room, also with sea view, a room with bunk bed and a second double room. There are also 2 bathrooms: one with bathtub and separate toilet, the other with shower. 

On the ground floor (pool level) there is a traditional Mediterranean summer living-dining room with access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the Costa Brava sunshine while sunbathing or swimming in the private pool (12 x 4.5 metres) with sea water.
