The Castle Rosanes XII, located in the famous resort of La Garriga in an agricultural estate consisting of several cadastral plots of 34,773.43 m². The third phase of construction of the main building dates back to the 18th and 19th centuries. 

The chateau currently operates as a restaurant, with two dining rooms and banqueting facilities. There is also a chillout area for al fresco dining and cocktails.

The total area of the castle is 2,103 m². Other buildings, farm buildings and workshops cover an area of 3,511 m². The total built-up area is 5,614 m². The Rosanes estate is also home to a par 3-Pich & Putt Barcelona-La Garriga golf course. The golf course is one of the best in Catalonia in its category due to its design, location and conditions.
